Health is the basis for everything. Fitness and nutrition should support you in the things you want to do, but not rule your day. If you'd like to get the benefits of a healthy lifestyle without spending all day figuring out what to do and eat, you've come to the right person.

For constant progress, nutrition and training have to be highly individualized: Everybody works different, has different goals and lives a different life.


A perfect plan is worthless if you can't follow it because it's incompatible with your job or family life. Or if you don't want to follow it because even though you want to be in better shape, you might not want to structure your life around having a sixpack.

Together we'll define your goals and how much time and energy you're willing to invest in them. I don't just want to tell you what to do - I want you to enjoy it.
